Nigel
was born in England in 1957, and immigrated to Australia in 1962. He is
married to Kerry and they have twelve children and five grandchildren.
Nigel grew up in South Australia, before marrying and moving to WA in 1979, residing now in the Shire of Murray.
He has worked as a
builder and has managed a crisis centre for homeless youth. In 1992 he
stated his own business as an Industrial Relations Consultant
representing employees and employers in both state and federal
industrial courts.

In 2007, Nigel, added another
business by starting a fabrication and machining engineering business
in Pinjarra servicing the mining industry.
Nigel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commercial Law from Curtin University.
Nigel understands the needs of West
Australians at both a community and business level. Having weathered
the Global Financial Recession, Nigel appreciates the need for stable
progressive economy with policies that are fair to all.
