Bev came to live in Australia from South Africa 16 years ago and has loved every minute of it!  She is passionate about all things Aussie, and believes that if FAMILY FIRST has a strong presence in Government, Australia will become a society where families can enjoy prosperity, get involved in nurturing the environment, protect the most vulnerable of society without fear or favour, and create future generations that will manifest strong family values, respect for those around them and a culture of peace and harmony between all races and cultures.

Bev has been married to Peter for 36 years, and they have 3 beautiful daughters - Sharon, Merryl and Maryke, with whom they enjoy a loving and fulfilling relationship.

Bev has worked mostly in administration and office management.  Bev believes that Government can help families to deal with the pressure of day-to-day struggles and problems by passing legislation that empowers parents to bring up children who are well-balanced individuals with a strong sense of community, rather than slowly reducing all parental rights.
