VOTE 1-FAMILY FIRST in the SENATE! Strong families build strong communities and strong communities build a strong Nation. I am standing as the Lead Senate Candidate for FAMILY FIRST in Western Australia because I believe the above statement to be true. If ever we needed a strong, common sense voice in Government to protect the rights and values of families, it is NOW. This next Federal Election will be a very important one that will shape the future of Australian politics. Those who want to protect the rights of families must STAND UP for what they believe in. balance of power to the Greens for the first time. If the Greens do hold the balance of power, they will demand that their left-wing social agenda be made law. We now have a PM who supports this same agenda! It is not just about growing an economy, it is about our society. There is a real sense of unease about what is happening in our society today. The family must be the starting point of everything. I want our neighbourhoods to be safe. I want you to get health care when you need it. I want integrity in Government – it is possible. I want binge drinking and alcohol fuelled violence to stop. I want our kids to be able to afford their own home. I want values and morals to be important and basic values like respect and courtesy to be upheld in our communities and schools.I want you to be able to choose a school that represents the values that are important to you. I want our broken society to be fixed. I want our youth and young adults to have hope, a meaning to life and work. I want a good balance between protecting our environment without jeopardising our mining and forestry industries. I want small business to get a fair go. I want our aged community to get the care and respect they deserve. I want children to be allowed to be children and protected from exploitation of any form. I want Governments to be accountable for the promises they make at Election time. *And how about a set election date to avoid the games that go on! Mums, dads, single parents, carers, grandparents and those who are battling are all crying out for something better when it comes to these important issues. As a society we need strong leadership that is not afraid of political correctness and will speak out against the injustices we see on a daily basis. Some things are worth fighting for!
